We provide technical and logistic event support

We support our clients with proper technical personnel – stagehands, machines operators, scaffolders, sound / light / video / construction technicians and also managerial personnel – local event managers, production assistants, supervisors.

We are able to support you with number of workers from 1 to over 100. Personnel is always managed by experienced supervisor – Crew Chief.

As part of logistic support, we are able to provide you with managerial services.
We deliver and operate with any kind of gear from local rentals.
Wardrobes, cables, area security, accessories? We will take care of it!

Stagehands

We have a wide database of physical workers with event experience. We already delivered even over 100 Stagehands for one event. Stagehands are always led and supervised by experienced Crew Chief.

Production Support

An additonal head and hands in production office? Our event managers and production assistants will help you with current tasks. They will contact with local rentals, coordinate deliveries and load-ins and load-outs.

Machines operators

Machines operators with proper licences – forlifts, scissor lifts telescopic handlers. Professional service with adherence to safety rules.

Technicians

We cooperate with experienced light / sound / video / construcion technicians and operators. Of course we are able to work at heights.

Saffolders&Riggers

BWS cooperates with the best Polish scaffolders and riggers with international experience.

Any kind of personnel you might need!

VIP runners, waiters, wardrobe assistants, recepcion staff – any personnel you might think of – we are able to provide you with it.
